ONE COHERENT EXPERIENCE

Your care.
Personally coordinated.

A single programme team to help connect the different stages.

Galatzó Health coordinates the agreed consultations, investigations and therapeutic sessions, brings available findings together for medical review and helps plan the next steps. You receive a clear proposal before confirming your arrangements.

Discuss your programme with our team ↗

BEFORE THE FIRST STEP

Important questions.
Considered answers.

Do I need to know which programme to choose?

No. The six pathways are starting points for a conversation. If your concerns overlap, your doctor can bring the relevant assessments and services together in one proposal. You can discuss outpatient care or a coordinated private stay independently of the programme focus.

What is the difference between the two programme options?

The outpatient programme coordinates care without accommodation. The residential option adds a privately coordinated stay. Both begin with medical assessment; the proposed care, timetable and arrangements are agreed individually.

Is this an alcohol or drug rehabilitation programme?

No. Galatzó Health Private Health Programmes focus on general medical care and individual health needs. They do not provide alcohol or drug detoxification, addiction treatment or inpatient addiction rehabilitation.

Does a residential stay mean inpatient medical care?

No. Private accommodation is distinct from the authorised healthcare settings where clinical care takes place. A residential programme does not imply hospital admission, continuous clinical monitoring or a 24-hour medical service.

Are all tests and treatments included?

No. Tests and therapeutic modules are selected according to clinical indication and suitability. The individual proposal explains the planned care, accommodation where applicable, and any separately quoted services before confirmation.

How long does a programme last?

Duration is discussed after the initial assessment, taking account of clinical priorities, the services proposed and practical availability. No fixed duration is assumed for every patient.

Can consultations and investigations be coordinated before travel?

Initial arrangements can be discussed before travel. Appointments and priority requests remain subject to the relevant clinician or facility’s acceptance and availability. Clinical reports should be shared through a channel agreed with the team.

Which languages are available?

The Galatzó Health team can discuss arrangements in English, German, French and Spanish. Language availability for individual collaborating professionals is confirmed during programme planning.

What happens after the programme?

Results, recommendations and appropriate follow-up are reviewed with the patient. The arrangements for ongoing care and, with the patient’s agreement, communication with the usual treating clinician are discussed individually.
