A quiet Mediterranean coastline

Understand the purpose of your programme

A connected assessment of sustained pressure, emotional strain and disrupted rest.

A coordinated pathway that considers physical health alongside the psychological and sleep-related aspects of prolonged strain.

How your care connects

  1. Medical assessment of symptoms, sleep and current treatment
  2. Psychological or mental health assessment when appropriate
  3. A sleep investigation or selected therapeutic modules if indicated
  4. Review of progress and an agreed plan for continuing support

A coordinated support plan, with progress reviewed and continuing care discussed with the responsible professionals.

One programme led by Galatzó Health.
Complementary expertise at Las Almas.

Galatzó Health remains your point of medical direction and programme coordination. Dr. Indhira Ghyssaert considers your history, current treatment and available findings, then connects the appropriate consultations, investigations and follow-up.

Our shared Palma clinical environment brings that medical perspective close to the therapeutic expertise of Las Almas. Psychological care, integrative therapy and selected feedback or neuromodulation options can be considered where appropriate. The responsible specialists assess suitability and confirm availability; these services are not automatically included in every programme.

EXAMPLE TREATMENT WEEK

Psychotherapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback, rTMS and other specialist therapies are alternatives or components of a specialist-prescribed plan. Their suitability, session frequency and course length are determined by the responsible clinician; the calendar does not prescribe a combined protocol. Light-based relaxation experiences are optional and do not replace medical treatment.
