The Mediterranean landscape

Understand the purpose of your programme

A coordinated review for changes in mobility, discomfort or exercise capacity.

A pathway connecting cardiovascular assessment, physical capacity, nutrition and musculoskeletal care around personal goals.

How your care connects

  1. Medical review of symptoms, activity and training history
  2. Exercise-capacity or cardiology investigations where appropriate
  3. Physiotherapy, nutritional input and tailored activity guidance
  4. Review of the findings and a realistic plan for ongoing activity

An agreed approach to activity, physical support and follow-up, based on assessment rather than a standard training package.

One programme led by Galatzó Health.
Complementary expertise at Las Almas.

Galatzó Health remains your point of medical direction and programme coordination. Dr. Indhira Ghyssaert considers your history, current treatment and available findings, then connects the appropriate consultations, investigations and follow-up.

Our shared Palma clinical environment brings that medical perspective close to the therapeutic expertise of Las Almas. Psychological care, integrative therapy and selected feedback or neuromodulation options can be considered where appropriate. The responsible specialists assess suitability and confirm availability; these services are not automatically included in every programme.
