2. Purpose & access
This website provides information about the services and programme arrangements coordinated by Galatzó Health. Access makes you a user of the website and requires lawful and diligent use. The information and arrangements may be updated by publication on this website.
Programme descriptions are information about possible care pathways. They do not replace an individual medical assessment or establish a diagnosis, a treatment prescription or a guaranteed outcome. An enquiry does not confirm admission, an appointment or a booking. Clinical services, the responsible treating professionals, any accommodation and the proposed costs are confirmed individually before you decide.
3. Intellectual & industrial property
The website's programming, design, logos, texts, photographs, graphics and other protected content belong to the operator or are used under the relevant licence or authorisation. Reproduction, exploitation, distribution or commercial use requires the prior written authorisation of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner; its appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement. Links to specific public content may be made without implying a relationship that does not exist. Report any concerns about content or intellectual property to info@galatzohealth.com.
4. User responsibilities
You must use the website in accordance with applicable law and respect the rights of the operator, other users and third parties. Do not introduce malicious code; misuse identities; damage, alter or extract data unlawfully; distribute unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or defamatory material; or interfere with the website or its services. Users under 18 must act with the appropriate authorisation of their parent or legal representative.
Concerns about potentially unlawful content may be sent to info@galatzohealth.com or dpo@grupox3.es. The operator is not responsible for information unlawfully introduced or manipulated by an unrelated third party, subject to its obligations under applicable law.
5. Website availability & liability
Continuous availability, uninterrupted access and error-free display or downloads cannot be guaranteed where factors outside the operator's control intervene. These include telecommunications failures, interruptions, malicious interference and browser or device problems. Access may be interrupted where use is unlawful or contrary to these terms. The operator will address notified unlawful content as required by law. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users remain responsible for unlawful or improper use of the website and for damage caused by such use, including unauthorised automated extraction that imposes an unreasonable load. External services are subject to their own terms and privacy information.
6. Personal data & browsing information
Information about enquiries, technical browsing information and cookies is provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Applicable law
Spanish law applies to matters arising from this website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to the user.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your information. Handled with care.
Controller: Galatzo Health S.L., tax ID B44888725, Camí Dels Reis, Building 3A, 1st Floor North, 07010 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain. Contact: info@galatzohealth.com.
This policy applies to information collected through this programme website and its contact channels. Personal data are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Information collected
We request the information needed for the stated purpose. The initial enquiry form asks for your name and email address. Telephone, preferred language, timing and practical arrangements are optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to respond. Please provide accurate information and tell us about relevant corrections.
Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medical reports, identification documents or other sensitive information through the initial enquiry form. If medical information is required later, the team will agree an appropriate channel and provide the information applicable to that clinical processing. This website policy does not replace the information supplied when receiving healthcare.
2. Purposes & legal bases
- Responding to enquiries: to answer your questions and coordinate an appropriate initial contact, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Requests for a service, proposal or booking: to take the steps you request before entering into a contract, or to manage the agreed service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Appointments and practical communications: to arrange the requested contact and maintain continuity in handling your enquiry, using the relevant legitimate-interest or contractual basis.
- Rights requests and legal obligations: to respond to data-protection requests and meet applicable obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Optional analytics or advertising technologies: only on the basis of the relevant consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). See the Cookie Policy and preference centre.
The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or request marketing consent. We do not operate newsletter subscriptions, recruitment submissions or public discussion forums through this form. Reading the Privacy Policy is an acknowledgement of information, rather than a blanket consent to unrelated uses of your data.
3. Retention
Information is retained for no longer than needed to handle the stated purpose, including the management of your enquiry and any applicable legal limitation or retention periods. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised using appropriate safeguards.
4. Recipients
Information may be processed by the providers needed to operate the website, deliver communications and manage the requested contact, including the IONOS website platform and relevant communications providers. Where required, these relationships are governed by confidentiality and data-processing arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Relevant treating professionals and facilities are identified when an individual programme is planned; the initial form does not automatically distribute your enquiry to every collaborating organisation.
If you provide someone else's personal information, you must have an appropriate basis to do so and have informed that person. Please avoid submitting third-party health information through this form.
5. International transfers
Some technology or communications providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must be covered by the safeguards required by GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry at info@galatzohealth.com.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection as applicable. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also raise concerns with the Spanish supervisory authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Write to info@galatzohealth.com or to our registered office. You can use the rights-request information and downloadable form. We will request additional evidence of identity only where necessary to verify the request. A routine initial enquiry does not require a copy of your identity document.
7. Security & contact channels
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information, taking account of the nature and risks of processing. External links, WhatsApp and other third-party services have their own privacy arrangements. For an initial message, general contact and practical information are sufficient; agree the channel for sensitive documents with the team first.
8. Updates
Last updated: 17 October 2026. This policy may be revised for legal, technical or operational reasons. Material changes affecting users' rights will be communicated as appropriate.
